Return Policy
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products such as perishable goods (e.g., plants) and customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they were damaged during delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact customer support with proof of purchase and relevant images. Once verified, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 10 days of receiving the order for items with size or design discrepancies or for damaged/defective products. Contact customer support to request an exchange and provide proof of purchase and images for verification.
For plant exchanges, replacements are offered only if the plant arrives with uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves. Plants deemed incurable will be replaced in temporary pots.
Exchanges for eligible items will be processed after verification. Shipping costs for exchanges due to errors on our part will be covered by us. However, for other reasons, the customer may need to bear the shipping charges.
